Secure Your Package
Place your item in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton with all original certificates and appraisals.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Our gemologists will inspect the returned item upon arrival, and once verified, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
